Coaching can take place in person in Berkeley, California or remotely via telephone. Sessions include counseling and conversation, along with handouts, resources, exercises and homework assignments. Michele will assess your current tools and resources, and offer comprehensive feedback in helping you design a plan for your career next steps. She’ll help you set realistic and attainable goals both immediate and long-term.
Clients usually meet every other week or monthly, and guidance can be short-term or on-going.
